Throughout October and November, enjoy delicacies duck liver and abalone in an array of chef-crafted dishes at Cafe Marco. Each guest will receive a complimentary portion of Pan-fried Duck Liver with Orange Jam on Toast, as well as Steamed Fresh Abalone with Dried Tangerine Peel and Spring Onion.
Duck liver will be presented in different ways including Duck Liver Terrine, Duck Liver Mousse in Puff, Stewed Angus Beef with Duck Liver and Mushroom. Guests can also indulge in abalone in Abalone and Quinoa Salad, Abalone Cucumber and Crabmeat Salad, Baked Seafood and Abalone Sliced with Parmesan Cheese and Braised Chicken and Abalone with Ginger and Scallion.
Seafood lovers can enjoy an impressive array of ocean-fresh seafood on ice, including Oysters, Lobsters, Snow Crabs, Baby Lobsters, Mussels, Whelks, Clams and Prawns, served every evening, alongside the delicious Lobster Pasta, prepared a la minute in front of guests.
Each dinner buffet guest can enjoy complimentary free-flow soft drinks and selected beers.
