Terms and conditions

1. Delivery service is available for purchase above HK$300, and only applicable within Central & Western district and purchase through order form.

2. Please inform our staff of any food related allergies as your well-being and comfort are our greatest concern.

3. Service time is between 12noon and 8:00pm daily.

4. Same day order is available provided that the order is placed at least 60 minutes prior to the planned pick-up time. Last order for same day service is 8:00pm daily.

5. The hotel shall confirm by phone or email with the customer. Orders are valid only after the hotel’s confirmation.

6. No cancellation or amendment is allowed after confirmation.

7. If customers fail to collect the food on the designated date 1 hour after the planned pick up time, the order will be forfeited and no refund will be granted.

8. The Takeaway Order Menu cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion, discount or special offer.

9. The Takeaway Order menu items and price are subject to change without prior notice.

11. Any personal data collected on this form will be destroyed upon completion of this transaction.

12. In case of disputes, Island Pacific Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
