Hi Rotten Headers,
I hope everyone is staying healthy during these tough times.
With the ongoing pandemic, we have discussed as a team that any large-scale gathering will be impossible at this point and regretfully, we have decided to postpone the festival for now. We are working with the venue to secure a new date and when things allow, we will announce that date as soon as we can.
Refunds will be open from now and you may contact your ticket provider to request for one. However, if you decide you would like to stick it out with us, your ticket will be rolled over for when the new date is announced. For all refunds, we will cover the service charge (as a thank you for believing in us) while a small percentage will be taken from the ticket price to cover bank fees.
This is not something we have envisioned when the idea was born for a fun music festival back in 2018, but we have come to terms with this and are as determined as ever to find exciting new ideas and continue to provide fun entertainment whenever we can for our supporters.
We ask for you to continue to support us through these difficult times and we look forward to having a drink and dance with you all in the not too distant future!
Any questions, please reach out to us on Facebook or our emails firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com.
The first Rotten Head Craft Beer and Music Festival planned for 2019 was unfortunately postponed, but great news is that they now have confirmed new dates and a new location than planned in 2019.
Rotten Head will be now taking place at the AIA Vitality Park at The Hong Kong Observation Wheel on 16th, 17th and 18th April 2021.
What to expect? Some great bands, DJs, food, drinks, kids' entertainment and of course a lot of fun!
Tickets will be on sale from 1st June 2020. For all the latest updates and tickets visit: www.rottenheadfest.com.
