ON is the creation of Philippe Orrico following the launch of his first solo venture, the Michelin-starred Upper Modern Bistro. With ON, Philippe is joined by three long-time friends Cheese-master Jeremy Evrard, Operations Manager & Sommelier Nicolas Deneux and Head Barman Giancarlo Mancino. Occupying two-floors with open views of the Hong Kong skyline, ON serves perfectly-executed cocktails and a varied snack menu at the Lounge, and elevated comfort dishes in the Dining Kitchen helmed by Philippe Orrico.
