Based at the Flower Market in Prince Edward, we are a pâtisserie specializing in 100% plant-based French-style pastries, such as mille-feuilles, gluten-free éclairs and tartes, as well as more modern concoctions that includes a variety of seasonal organic products. Our recipes are uniquely developed by Chef Jessica Chow, including the plant 'butter' and creams, and crafted to include a myraid of sustainably sourced ingredients, so they are more nutritionally diverse and better for you and the environment. We operate a weekend tea salon where you can walk in to enjoy fresh pastries and beverages, as well as cake ordering services throughout the week. The best way to incorporate more plants in your diet begins with desserts!
