For something more exotic on those hot summer days or late nights, FOMO (Fruit of Mamma’s Orchard) Daiquiri (HK$90) comes recommended best served under a palm tree, made with dark or white rum and features a seasonal fruit, blended rum, infused cordials, lime and mint.
Mamma always said, “don’t drink on an empty stomach”, and Executive Chef Corey Riches follows Mamma’s orders, curating a menu of his take on international home cooked recipes. Signature dishes include finger lickin’ good Homemade X.O Fried Chicken Wings (HK$85), King Prawns with chorizo and Manchego (HK$180), Country style ham pressed sandwiches (HK$95) with scamorza cheese and a tomato relish and piled high plates of Potato Crisps and Jamon (HK$95), perfect plates to pop a cork over, get comfy and feel the nostalgia.

Working with local producers, ingredients straight from Mamma’s kitchen will be available to purchase in-house. The small retail space will embody a fresh and colourful farmers’ market, displaying locally grown vegetables, Hong Kong-based products and Meraki’s own packaged goods.
