With the stunning 270 degree views of Victoria Habour, ZENG introduces a brand new weekend brunch set offer, which includes seven courses of the restaurant's innovative fushion creations and a glass of sparkling wine. Still not satisfied? Guest can also enjoy free-flow oysters for an additional $100 and free-flow sparkling wine or Moet and Chandon Ice Imperial Champagne for only an additional $150 and $250 respectively.
The new weekend brunch set is priced at $398 and includes Hokkaido Scallops with Sea Urchin, Wagyu Beef Tartare and Red Prawn and Assorted Vegetable Tempura as appetisers. Showcasing Zeng's East meets West culinary ethos, the brunch is set also includes Salmon Zuke Sushi, Mentaiko Udon Carbonara and Slow-cooked pork belly with Chinese Marinade as the main course. If you want a fancy feast, you can add $100 to enjoy all you can eat oysters with their brunch set.
The Seven-Course Weekend Brunch set is available from 2 January 2020 until 29 February 2020 (every Saturday and Sunday)
