We have heard some rumours about a new menu and not it is finally here! All I can say is do not look at these photos if you are hungry....
The new menu has been curated by Executive Sous Chef, Cary Docherty and Head Chef, Kenny Chan. The dishes include Mushrooms on Toast (HKD 238) followed by main courses Lobster Thermidor (HKD 598), Beef Wellington - for two (HKD 998), Grilled Bone-In Rib of Pork (HKD 380).
For dessert there is the Tarte Tatin served with Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream (HKD 188) and French Beignet with Lemongrass Custard and Coriander Sugar (HKD 88).
I think for myself I have my eyes set on trying out the Beef Wellington for two. I have tried this dish in a number of locations around the city and it is one of my favourites. Time to make that booking, full details below.
