Priced at HK$848 per person (+10% service charge), guests are provided with an array of options. To begin, starters include a choice between a flavorful Lobster Bisque or a Lobster-Cargot for two. This shared dish draws inspiration from the classic escargot, featuring puff pastry overlying bite sized portions of lobsters glazed with butter and garlic. If this is not salivation inducing enough, the mains are cooked in three different styles with the intention of enhancing the fresh marine taste of lobster. The Steamed Lobster, Broiled Lobster and Lobster Thermidor are all equally desirable options that leave your mouth anticipating juiciness as well as tenderness. Additionally, each of these options are accompanied by delectable sides, including corn on the cob, red potatoes as well as Morton’s highly rated Lobster Mac & Cheese.
