The newest Concept in the "Lee" family of restaurants, Miss Lee has opened on the Sheung Wan corner of Wellington Street. Presenting modern Chinese vegetarian cuisine, Miss Lee combines meticulous cooking techniques with everyday natural ingredients, to take guests on a healthy and wholesome culinary adventure. With a plant-based philosophy that places fresh vegetables at the forefront of every homemade dish, the menu embraces vegetarians, vegans and flexitarians alike. The beautifully plated dishes are inspired by flavours found in Chinese cooking, full of aroma and texture, to ensure that every diner are fully satisfied.
Guests will begin the dining journey with appetizer dishes, such as Smoky Quartz (HKD 72) and Flower Bouquet (HKD 68). For sharing, Miss Bijou is a good option, which included the vegan Amazing Maize (HKD 83). For richer option, dinner can taste Golden Flowers (HKD 98) consisting of cauliflower drizzled with salted egg yolk. Besides, Miss Mighty presents larger dishes also, highlights begin Fung Farm (HKD 128) and the vegan Lotus Leaf (HKD 138). For a whole complete experience is Miss Sweety, with three dessert offerings. They are Hawthorn Tree (HKD 70), and for more Asian-inspired flavours can sample the Yellow River (HKD68), a gluten-free and vegan combination of purple rice, coconut udon and mango puree.
For a more convenient option, they offer takeaway counter open daily as well to ensure healthy options. From 12 pm until 2:30 pm, guest can pick up the healthy salad or set lunch. And many of the dishes are available as a grab and go options too. Another highlight of Miss Lee, Miss menu offers a wide range of fresh juices, energising smoothies and refreshing drinks. Bravocado (HKD 78) is a combination of avocado, banana, mint and almond milk. And Miss Juicy (HKD 58) presents fruity combinations such as Can’t Beet, a zingy beetroot, apple, lemon and ginger juice. Miss Hottie features hot drinks, perfect for keeping warm in the colder months which include 24 Carrot Gold (HKD78) with carrot juice, apple juice, almond milk and pumpkin spice, and Blooming Romance (HKD58) with chamomile, Pu-erh Tea, and chrysanthemum syrup.
