From 18th to 26th December, both restaurants by Eclipse Hospitality Group at Discovery Bay are offering Christmas set menus; with 3 and 4 course menus to choose from.
At McSorley’s Ale House, enjoy their Oven Baked Pork Tenderloin Maple glazed with sundried cranberry sauce for the season with their Baby Spinach Salad and Roasted Butternut Squash and Apple as starters. Finish the meal with their recommended Warm Caramel Apple Tart with vanilla ice cream for dessert and accompany the meal with their mango & lime salsa.
As for Caramba, the meal is opened with Prawns Cocktail as starter and a Turkey Tortilla Soup with sweet corn, tomatoes, green chili and chopped cilantro. Choose between their Grilled Beef Tenderloin, Baked Atlantic Salmon Fillet or Roasted Organic Chicken as main and fill the tummy with their caramel sauced Crème Brûlée Chocolate Cake as dessert.
