Bali-favourite and Asia’s 50 Best Restaurant 2019 Locavore, is to pop-up at Test Kitchen in Hong Kong. For four nights from 7-10 November, two trained chefs Ray and Eelke would like to present to you the contemporary European cuisine made with locally-sourced ingredients and serve you with the best fine dining experience ever.

Plates like Maitake or King Oyster Mushroom “Steak”, fried in bacon fat and served with toasted yeast sauce, pickled mushrooms and mushroom vinegar are sure to be a hit, and demonstrate Locavore’s championing of expertly-sourced, seasonal produce.
“I’m excited to have Eelke join us at Test Kitchen. Locavore is at the top of its game in terms of local sourcing in Bali and we can’t wait to see what dishes Eelke creates using the ingredients he finds here in Hong Kong. I think the industry could learn a lot from this talented chef,” says Test Kitchen Founder Vincent Mui.
The nine-course menu is available for $1180 per person with an optional wine pairing at $480 per person.
