It’s not like the current Hyatt Regency Dinner Buffet is not good enough with their stations of sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, tempura, seafood, meats, pastas, pizza, curries and a range of western antipasti and cold cuts; but the Café has decided to even broaden their offers to a corner holding 20 different types of chocolates to cater to those diners who are fans of sweets.
Happening in April and May 2014; Pastry Chef Gary Lau will be inviting a selection of chocolates from famous brands including Valrhona, Belcolade and Puratos to the table on a rotational basis.
Coming from 10 single originals, each chocolate has a distinct and sensational taste that represents that one single region the initial bean is from.
Ranging from 28% milk and white to 72% dark chocolate; the bars are also accompanied with chocolate desserts such as the French black truffle chocolate cake, Wasabi chocolate mousse cones and chilli chocolate cake slices just to name a few.
