Hong Kong Food News & Reviews

From July to August, Hyatt Regency will be releasing their summer breezy dessert series, featuring beautiful ice cream dishes made with flavors including sesame, Kahlua and taro just to name a few.

Fresh and innovative, each dish is colorfully eye catching, not to mention it’s delivery of tongue engulfing scrumptiousness by its intricate tastes of sweetness. With the tiramisu Affogato cup generously topped with whip cream and served with coco stick; the beancurd and sesame as well as the mango and pomelo cups being offered also appears as refreshing as it tastes.

The Japan reminding tastes of green tea and sweet potato are also used as core ingredients for two of the dessert dishes. By mashing the taro into a ribbon paste, a scoop of vanilla ice cream accompanies the pie in creating interesting textures within a single bite.

Apart from these special features, the coffee shop is also providing a variety of ice cream cups including chocolate, strawberry, peach and yuzu and chestnut. Offered during their lunch and dinner buffet, remember to fill your stomachs with also their quality beef, lamb, pizza, pasta, seafood and other hot and cold dishes!
