Next month (November) Feather & Bone is letting the public join a private sausage-making masterclass at Feather & Bone Mid-Level’s cutting room!
For those planning a nice BBQ this autumn at home or at one the great government public pits, this class lets you learn how to make your own sausages with Master Butcher Steve, Feather & Bone’s in-house expert.
They say that those attending will learn everything there is to know about sausage preparation, from deboning a pork shoulder to getting sausages seasoned, cased and cooked. There will be a frying pan available for testing small batches of seasoned sausage meat.
Free-flow beer and house wine are included and participants can walk away with a kilo of the sausages to take home. Before class attendees leave they also can go to the Feather & Bone restaurant terrace across the road, for a sit-down sausage feast, which is also included in the price.
