Hung Tong located inside The Kerry Hong Kong hotel has just launched a beautiful collection of dim sum now available on their menu.
Highlights include (as seen above):
- Goldfish-shaped Hung Tong Steamed Cod Fish with Pickled Olives and Celery Dumpling ay HK$78 per person.
- Baked Japanese Turnip Puff with Parma Ham at HK$78.
- Steamed Pumpkin Dumplings with Scallops and Shrimps at HK$72.
The goldfish dim sum was the one that got our attention the most with such effort and detail put into it.
