Eaton HK will host an entire month of jam-packed PRIDE programming with a compelling staycation package making it easy for everyone to pamper themselves and celebrate love this summer.
From June 13 until July 4, the purpose-driven property invites all to embrace the rainbow with an exceptionally well-priced room rate of HK$900, including breakfast for two at The Astor, Rainbow Cocktails for two at Terrible Baby, one-day free access to Asian LGBTQ+ streaming platform GagaOOLala, complimentary entry to Eaton HK’s Film Screening at Kino and more.
Those joining between June 26 and 29 can also enjoy complimentary access to Eaton HK’s PRIDE weekend activities.
On Saturday June 27, two Panel Discussions will shed light on present-day issues affecting the queer community. At 4:00pm visitors can take in a talk on the challenges of LGBT+ communities recognised during times of upheaval. At 6.00pm, Dismantling Allyship, Privilege and Fragilities: Queer Asian-Pacific Perspective of the Black Lives Matter Movement will be explored in a global context with speakers from UK and Australia commenting alongside Hong Kong representatives.
On Sunday June 28, hotel guests can Swim and Sunbathe Poolside with DJs from 10:00am until 7:00pm on the flamingo-studded Eaton HK roof. At the same time, Terrible Baby’s famous escalators will turn rainbow.
Throughout the weekend, films can be streamed for free on Asian LGBTQ+ streaming platform GagaOOLala for all hotel guests, and on Monday June 29 the mini PRIDE festival will wrap with a live stream interview with artist and electronic musician Alexmalism who will share on the history of gay clubbing viewable on Eaton HK Facebook and Instagram.
