This year, Red Sauce Hospitality will host its renowned Harvest Feast on Saturday 27 April. The all-day affair will see up to 400 guests gather at picturesque Zen Farm in Fanling where a plentiful spread of home-cooked, wholesome and organic fare will be served.
Beginning at noon, guests can tuck into a fresh raw bar of oysters, Littleneck clams, snow crab legs and more. A banquet of Chef Vinny Lauria’s homemade mozzarella will showcase his world-class mozz, smoked scamorza and burratini, best enjoyed with choice picks like roasted peppers, fresh-off-the-vine heirlooms and fire-baked puccia bread. The Italian-American chef will also be serving up his homemade salumi. Mortadella, Prosciutto di Parma and salami will all be available as well as a hearty selection of organic vegetables including Fire Roasted Carrots with fried garlic, Cauliflower Fra Diavolo and Chopped Kale Salad.
The family-friendly event will include fun activities for adults and kids alike, while live music provides an upbeat soundtrack to what is sure to be an exceptional event.
Tickets are available for HK$1,280, including a complimentary return shuttle from Central. Children under 12 are invited to enjoy the feast for free.
