If you're stressed from life and are looking for a cosy getaway, Scarlett HK is your top choice. The cafe and wine bar is tucked away in Tsim Sha Tsui, open for dinner on weekdays and brunch on weekends.
Scarlett's menu is a tasteful selection of western favourites, featuring a variety of platters, prime cuts, pastas, soups, salads, and more. The cheese and cold cuts platter is as tasty as it gets, generous in helping and very easy on the eyes. If you're not a fan of cold cuts, rest assured that Scarlett has more to offer. For me-- a seafood lover-- those were salmon and butterfish, richly seasoned and cooked just right. The dishes are captivating in taste, and will leave you satisfied for the night.
The two-storey wine bar and restaurant boasts of a modern, pleasant interior. The main bar and its impressive wine cellar display are on the ground floor, whereas the quieter, warming dining space is up on the first floor. Next time you're out, be on the lookout for Scarlett. Beware though, you might just fall in love with the place.
