What to Eat

For all the British expats who miss home, having the most ordinary home food may come for comfort so of course we’re thrilled to see that there are more and more access to get British groceries in Hong Kong and here is the guide that help you find what you need.

Waitrose
Waitrose Essential goodies has been occupying the aisles in Park n Shop since 2011. With more than 300 outlets in Hong Kong and Macau, they’re probably the easiest to find among all the other brands. You can also order them online at Park n Shop and Great Food Hall. If not, hopefully you may also get to witness “only in Waitrose” exchange between the aisles, they’re gems!

Sainsbury
More than 200 products from Sainsbury’s ranges are now available in Market Place by Jasons. From ground coffee, frozen goods to biscuits, the collection covers a lot more than you think! See the full list of Market Place by Jasons here or shop online.

Tesco
As the grocery market leader in UK, Tesco’s products are national staples for sure. The budget-friendly products are available at Great Food Hall in Admiralty and Uselect. Honestbee also provides delivery service to your doorstep.

Morrisons
Speaking of budget groceries from UK, you cannot miss Morrison which is also exclusively launched by British Essentials recently. British Essentials also provide free delivery (for purchase over $500) 7 days a week.

Marks and Spencer
Hands down to the best biscuits collection! Marks and Spencer has been blessing us with their higher end collections of groceries and clothing since last century so it is nonsense if it is not included on this list. Their 3 floor flagship store is located in Central but they also have smaller stores in MTR station so you can grab your favourite snack or a bottle of wine on the go. See the full list of Marks and Spencer stores in Hong Kong here.
