Ultra-Chic SEVVA Welcoming Lunar New Year with Premium Seasonal Specialties & Traditional Chinese Music

Stylish SEVVA atop Princes Building in Central is welcoming the Year of the Dragon with premium seasonal specialties served with the best view of the Chinese New Year fireworks extravaganza on January 24.

Only dinner will be served on January 24 and guests who dine at SEVVA will have a choice of ordering from the a la carte dinner menu or the Lunar New Year specialty menu with a grandstand view of the fireworks display from SEVVA’s expansive penthouse terrace. The minimum spending for that evening is HK$1,200 per person. The exclusive Lunar New Year specialty menu features Golden Dragon Hot Pot of Dumplings & Bamboo Pith, Baby Pakchoy & Salted Pancetta in Superior Broth (HK$220), Braised Aubergine with Dried Scallops and Sea Moss (HK$320), Lobster Cantonese (HK$780), Risotto with Green-lipped Abalone, Cepes, Lemon & Ecrevisse (HK$420) and Shanghainese Rice Cake Sautee of Kurobuta Pork Juliennes, Bamboo Shoots & Pickled Cabbage (HK$290).

A live performance of traditional Chinese guzheng and erhu instruments is also being performed during the evening at the chic Taste Bar between 6:30pm to 8:30pm.

For guests who would like to enjoy the splendour of Lunar New Year Fireworks at SEVVA’s expansive terrace and not partake in the dinner festivities, there will be a cover charge of HK$680 charge per person inclusive of SEVVA’s signature tapas and a glass of Krug Grande Cuvée NV.

SEVVA’s Chinese New Year specials continue to be served from January 26 - February 3 and guests will be served complimentary red date tea upon arrival.
