Regal Hongkong Hotel is inviting diners to treat themselves at its acclaimed Italian restaurant, Alto 88, this summer, while esteemed Chef Giuseppe Brancati serves his palatable “Sicily and Sardinia” menu, crafted from the freshest selection of traditional Italian ingredients. Patrons can sip on exquisite wine specially chosen to complement the abundant flavors of each dish, while admiring the stunning skyline across the city’s harbor.

The savory menu boasts a scrumptious Sicilian yellowtail and raspberry tartar tossed in dry Malvasia wine from Salina, followed by the recommended main of choice, black baby pig chop in pistachio crust with a cylinder of eggplant and Ragusano DOP Cheese, sprinkled with potato petals and paired with bitter cocoa sauce. If pork isn’t your first choice and you’re craving fresh seafood instead, try the traditional Sardinian fregola with rock lobster, decorated with Vermentino wine foam. Finally to end, lose yourself in the rich velvety eggnog cream and Bronte pistachio mousse, topped with a crunchy cocoa roll.

From now till August 31st, you can sample this once in a lifetime menu for HKD$688 per person or HKD$968 per person with exclusive wine pairing.
