Calling all meat lovers! Blue - Butcher and Meat Specialist is introducing new menu items featuring the best meats sourced from around the world, as well as new cooking techniques to maximise tenderness and flavour. In addition to this, Argentinean steak specialist Chef Fernando Gojan and Group Butcher Jonny Farrell are joining forces to launch "Slow Cooked Fridays" at Blue, during which they will source, prep, and slow roast unique cuts of meat which will be available as specials. 

Additionally, the chefs bring their experiences to bear with a comprehensive menu that consolidates knowledge from working in some of the best steakhouses worldwide. Blue is also offering seasonal non-beef items such as Pan Roasted Barramundi with Tiger Prawns and Tuna Tartare with Ponzu Mayo and Crispy Tostadas.
