The food hybrid trend continues to thrive after the much-adored creations of Sushirrito and Cronut M&S is now launching a dreamy combination of France’s signature pastry and one of America’s greatest exports. Previously, the 'Cruffin' hybrid has only been available in artisan bakeries such as Foxcroft & Ginger in London and Mr. Holmes Bakehouse in San Francisco.
Cruffins bring forward the ultimate food texture combination: the crispy and flaky outside of a croissant and the soft and doughy texture of a muffin on the inside. To create this, buttery croissant pastries are moulded into muffin shapes, packed with generous fillings, and finished with a final touch of sugar dusting.
M&S cruffins are currently available in 3 flavours which are perfect for breakfast and afternoon tea:
Seville Orange Marmalade Cruffin $25
Strawberry & Marc De Champagne Cruffin $25
Chocolate & Hazelnut Cruffin $25
