Tagliatelle ($150)

Manuel Palacio and Christian Talpo launch the first Pici Pasta Bar in Wan Chai and are passionate about homemade pasta alongside Executive Chef Andrea Viglione. You can really taste the difference in quality,  flavour  and  texture  of  pasta that  is  fresh  and  homemade  daily. Our attention to comfortingly simple recipes is what keeps our customers coming back, and we’re so excited to give Pici a new home”, says Andrea.


Beef Tartare ($120)

Pici Central seats 65 in a cosy and inviting1600 sq. ft.space on Aberdeen Street and definitely feel more casual and hom-like than most of the Italian restaurant in Hong Kong – with warm lighting and the fact that you opt for siting groups at booth seating or at the long, marble bar where they can watch Chef Andrea and the Pici team carefully hand-rolland hand-pullthe freshly made pasta.
