Hong Kong Food News & Reviews

The Parisian Pâtisserie DALLOYAU will open two new cafés in Hong Kong soon. Apparently macarons and cakes are not enough for us!

The two new cafés will be located at IFC and Pacific Place but they’re slightly different - The IFC location focuses on a careful selection of Parisian coffees, sandwiches made to order, freshly baked breads, pastries and afternoon tea treats, while the café in Pacific Place presents a full range of French comfort cuisine on top of DALLOYAU’s world-famous pastries and exquisite desserts. No matter which one you visit, I’m sure you will get an authentic Parisian culinary experience there.

Besides the dine-in and dessert menu, both DALLOYAU cafés will have a corner for premium coffee as coffee is an essential of Parisians’ daily life.  The coffee beans are selected from Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Kenya. The drink menu will also include a variety of Parisian coffee (Café Noisette, Café Serré, Café Allongé, Café au lait and Café Viennois) and hot chocolate (Chocolate Viennois).
