It seems like we cannot get enough of contemporary Mediterranean cuisine recently (see review of contemporary Portuguese restaurant Casa Lisboa) and we were excited to have the first look of the new venue Spanish venue last week.
Located in Tsim Sha Tsui East, Elia took the advantage and has the stunning harbour view. The venue is about 2,000 sq. ft. large and the rustic nautical gives it laid-back vibes.
Michelin star chef Miguel Lopez is in charge of the kitchen. With his culinary experience in Spain, France, Mexico and Germany for 30 years and you can expect quality and authentic tapas and other Spanish dishes such as Crunchy Lamb with roasted Gazpacho (HKD$55/pc), Spoon Lamb (HKD$298) Coquelet (HKD$278) and many more.
Sherry based cocktails are main feature of the bar and they were created by award-winning venue mixologist Alfredo Aguilera. The Admiralta and Los enamorados (both for HK$148 each) both are very popular already, I heard. Click HERE to see more the food, drinks and venue.
