If anything, brunch itself is a lifestyle. If you're looking for the perfect Saturday boozy spot in Hong Kong to have brunch with your friends, look no further than Lily & Bloom's All-American Brunch by Executive Chef Chris Grare.  

Priced at HK$495 + 10% per guest, Lily & Bloom’s All American Brunch includes a variety of authentic American appetizer buffet offerings paired with a choice of main and free flow beverages. From the appetizer buffet, guests can heap their plates with hearty and healthy salads, fresh bites from the seafood bar, made-to-order omelettes, a new pastries & healthy cereal corner, and desserts. For the main dish, guests can choose between delectable dishes like the Eggs Benedict with beurre noisette hollandaise, smoked ham, English muffin, roasted potatoes and a micro salad, Croque Madame with a 3 cheese sauce or Brioche French Toast with candied pecans, berry compote and cinnamon cream.
 

And if guests are looking for a lighter brunch selection, the restaurant will now serve tempting a la carte offerings in addition to the brunch package. For a savoury brunch delight, The “Jersey” Sandwich (HK$155) is perfect with bacon, egg and cheese on a soft roll served with salt, pepper and ketchup. The Eggs Benedict (HK$180) is another tasty treat with beurre noisette hollandaise and smoked ham served on an English muffin and paired with roasted potatoes and a micro salad. Guests craving something sweet can order the Pecan Crusted French Toast (HK$210) with fresh berries, whipped cream and barrel aged maple syrup.



Furthermore, The ever-creative Head Mixologist John Nugent has specially crafted a series of tantalizing cocktails to accompany brunch, such as the free-flow servings of Bloody Mary, the Wyndham Cup, the Brighton Breeze, the Chamomile Sour, and, for an addtional HK$100, guests can upgrade their meal with free-flow Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Brut and house red and white wine. 

As a family treat, children can enjoy a kid's menu at HK$155 per child aged 4 until 11. There is also an a la carte kid's menu with American favourites like the Mac 'n' Cheese (HK$90), Spaghetti & Meatballs (HK$115) and Eggs & Toast (HK$110). There is also a highly enjoying playing area for kids!
