What to Eat

 

From June 26, The Restaurant By The Kinnet is adding two new special menus, the Low Calories Menu and Low Carbohydrates Menu. Each 3-course menu (HK $350/guest) includes an abundance of flavourful and healthy options such as Seared halibut, Chicken Thai Basil and Green vegetable curry, as well as scrumptious desserts like Rose crème brulèe and Vanilla soufflé mixed berries.

 

In addition to the new menu items, The Restaurant by The Kinnet is also launching monthly evening wellness classes followed by a 3-course healthy set dinner (HK $350). Starting the series on the 26th June is Chairman of Hok Lam Tai chi Society Ernie Wong. Advance bookings are a must, so reserve your spot now!

New summer dishes are also being offered, including Detox Watercress Salad (HK$80) with pear, spinach, walnut, Parmesan, pomegranate and cilantro yoghurt dressing; Zucchini Pad Thai (HK$130) with tofu, egg, bean sprouts, pickled radish & peanuts; and Grilled Pomfret (HK$198) with kimchi, radish, mizuna and crispy shallots.
