You probably heard of the signature seafood tower and desserts from Bostanian Seafood & Grill at The Langham Hong Kong. The steakhouse is now offering a new 4-hour interactive Sunday seafood brunch with free-flow Perrier-Jouët Champagne from 12 pm to 4 pm. 

 

Apart from the signature Seafood Tower and live station, the brunch includes several dishes such as Boston baked lobster, Pan fried duck liver with potato and black truffle foam. I highly recommend Black mussels with mustard and white wine. 

 
  
  

The venue provides a kid-friendly area, which is perfect for a family gathering.

  

If you are a dessert lover, do not miss the dessert buffet! My dessert picks are the unique Bostonian Cheesecake Popsicles and Traditional Style Tiramisu.
