This summer, Épure presents a luxurious four-course dinner menu by Executive Chef Nicolas Boutin featuring the prized ingredient. Blue Lobsters from the coast of Brittany are famed for their rich flavour, succulence, and stunning blue color, and will be featured in dishes such as Blue Lobster with Heirloom Carrot, Baby Artichoke and Elderberry Vinaigrette, Blue Lobster with Shellfish Consommé, Petit Pois and Celery and Blue Lobster with Blonde d’Aquitaine Beef, Spring Onion, ‘Grenaille’ Potato Tarragon and Red Wine Sauce.
