I have noticed more and more opening of modern Chinese restaurant in Hong Kong which is such a good news to me and all the Asian food lovers! Hexa impressed me the most in recent time perhaps.
First of all, the newly opened restaurant is located in Tsim Sha Tsui at Harbour City and whole restaurant is facing the Victoria Harbour so you can enjoy the harbour view wherever you sit but I was also stunned by the interior design by renowned designer Steve Leung - Leung and his team took the dreamy pattern of dark green marbles as the soul of the design, echoing the tidal over the French windows. The two areas “Love” and “Passion” are divided by a dreamy, garden-like bar too.
The cuisine is curated by Former Chef of Mandarin Oriental, Harry Hung. I was invited for a dinner last week and tried a few dishes and I can tell you that the menu is a symphony of Chinese cooking styles from difference provinces with a unique, modern twist. HEXA offers delicate dim-sum lunch and a sumptuous dinner menu.
48 Hours Slow-Cooked Beef Ribs
Silky Fowl Soup with Fish Max and Sea Conch
Jasmine Tea Flavoured Panna Cotta With Hazelnut Puff
On the weekends entertainment team from Club Cubic (Macau) will also bringing world class music acts to HEXA. I think it's safe to say HEXA is a game changer of Hong Kong’s dining and entertainment scene, don’t you think?
