The key of a good bowl of Beef Brisket noodles is the broth and the broth of Cow Wow is guaranteed to be amazing – beef bones are handpicked every morning, with a generous serving of a home-made secret spice recipe mixed in with celery and pan-fried onions. You can choose from Shanghainese Noodles, Rice Noodles or Flat Rice Noodles (or River Noodles), and extras include Beef Tendon, Beef Balls and Beef Omasum.

Beef Brisket noodles are usually a quick meal for Hong Kongers but you can make it a feast by adding sides such as Chinese-Brined Beef Shank, Spicy “Saliva” Chicken Wings with Century Eggs, Chinese-Brined Soft-Boiled Egg and Ice Plant with sesame dressing.
