The 9th Hong Kong Wine and Dine Festival will take place on 26-29 October this year at Central Harbourfront again. For the wine lovers, especially French wine lovers, make sure to visit Inter-Beaujolais’s booth where they showcase 50 Beaujolais wines from 20 producers.
Beaujolais is a wine region in eastern France (north of Lyon) which is almost completely planted with the Gamay grape and having 98% of Beaujolais are red and rosé wine. Inter-Beaujolais represents 20 leading domains such as Arnaud Briday, Domaine de Colonat, Domaine Mathon, Domaine Robert Vallette. “It is the perfect match with Cantonese seafood, Sichuan cuisine or Shanghai delicatessen to name but a few thanks to its freshness and overall structure which contrasts with the fattiness and spiciness of those dishes”. The selection of wine are priced from $68 up to top quality vintages at HK$473.
