With summer around the corner, everyone is scrambling for refreshing snacks and drinks. What better way to cool down than with one of Hong Kong's favourite flavours? At the Hyatt Regency Patisserie, Pastry Chef Kelvin Lai is introducing three new Lychee Treats for the season. Featuring tempting combinations of textures and tastes, these treats include the Lychee tea cream cheese milk tart, Lychee tomato yogurt terrine, and Lychee sour cream cheesecake. All three treats are available for HK $45 apiece, or HK $290 per pound.
