World Gin Day is fast approaching! This 10th June, pick from this selection of 5 gin cocktail offerings across Hong Kong to celebrate and freshen up in the heat!

Morton's of Chicago brings to the table a refreshing cocktail infused with lemongrass and a hint of pink grapefruit, the Pink and Tonic (HK $140). Also available is The Last Word (HK $140), a blend of different spirits, a liqueur distilled with 130 herbs, plants and flowers, and liquer made from sour Marasca cherries.


ON Dining Kitchen & Lounge presents the Mancino Rickey (HK $120), distinctive Japanese flavors such as Yuzu and fresh shiso leaves pair wonderfully with Big Gin and fresh lime, among other ingredients, for a truly invigorating drink. If you'd prefer a classic, their Gin and Tonic (HK $140) made using the highest quality gins and tonic water might be more to taste. 

UPPER Modern Bistro offers the Yuzu Gimlet (HK $118), which features a mix of Spanish gin and Japanese yuzu.
