On the 1st July, Lily & Bloom will host a party featuring drinking games, contests, food and drink, and some of the greatest American pastimes. Guests can choose between two rounds of celebrations (12pm-5pm, or 6pm-11pm), both including a designated kids' area, beer pong, pie-eating competitions, as well as giant Jenga and balloon-popping. Also part of the schedule is the 6/F Donald Trump Costume Contest, the winners of which will receive a HK$1,000 Lily & Bloom dining voucher and a bottle of Veuve Clicquot.
The menu does not disappoint, with Executive Chef Chris Grare responsible for American classics such as Crawfish Boil, Bloom Burger and Dirty Water Dogs. Head Mixologist John Nugent offers a range of five quirky cocktails including the New York Sour, Alabama Slammer and Blue Hawaii.

On the 4th July, Oyster Tuesday will be in full swing! Enjoy 12 pieces of fresh oysters, all-you -can-east mussels and prawn cocktails, and a main course for only HK $490 per person, or all-you-can-eat oysters for and additional HK $120. To celebrate the 4th, mains will consist of all-American BBQ dishes.
