Mono has created a new chocolate dessert made from raw Ecuadoran cacao pods and their chocolate is 100% made in-house. Fresh home-made chocolate is always the best for the true full flavour if you can have the opportunity to try it at least once in your lifetime. This dessert will be part of MONO’s singular tasting menu for dinner from the week of 5th October 2020.
